Decadent Macaron began with a search for the perfect macaron and a desire to create something better. What started as a personal challenge quickly turned into a passion, and that passion grew into the brand you see today.

Founded by Stephanie and Mark Wagner, Decadent Macaron is built on creativity, intention, and a love for crafting desserts that feel just as beautiful as they taste.

Hi I am Stephanie! Co-owner of Decadent Macaron. I am originally from Bernalillo, New Mexico, but Gilbert, Arizona is where I call home. I had the honor of creating Decadent Macaron with the love of my life, Mark. Together We have a sweet little 1.5 year old Cocker Spaniel named Winston. Lover of Pink, Peonies, Puppies, the perfect cup of coffee, and, of course, Champagne! Some might even say Blair Waldorf is my alter ego. Haha!

After a life-long love of French macarons. I was a Newlywed on the search for the Perfect Macaron in The East Valley. A gluten-free treat my sweetie could actually enjoy! After much disappointment, we had the bright idea of making them ourselves. After lots and lots and lots of practice, we created the perfect macaron! A secret recipe all our own!! In just three short years, our love of macarons had turned into my dream business! I’m so excited to share my passion with you!

Meet Mark

Meet the man behind the scenes.
He’s the business side of things (and keeps Stephanie on a budget!)

Hi, I am Mark Wagner, co-owner with my beautiful wife Stephanie. I am originally from Ohio, but moved to the sunny state of Arizona in 2007 and never looked back! My wife and I met in 2012 and it was love at first sight! We instantly fell in love and now are happily married in life and as business partners!

When I was 17, I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis and Raynaud's disease. I changed my nutrition when I was 26 to be primarily gluten free and it was always challenging to find a great dessert that would not damage my body. That is when Stephanie introduced me to the gluten free treats, French macarons! The passion for baking these delicate and challenging pastries developed over time! Thus, Decadent Macaron was born! We love serving our incredible creations and enjoy sharing that with the world!

What started as a macaron-focused business has grown into a full café experience. Today, Decadent Macaron is known for its signature designs, custom creations, and thoughtfully crafted drinks, bringing together artistry, flavor, and a space designed to delight.
