  • Pre-order items require a 48–72 hour lead time unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

  • All payments are processed securely through our designated payment system.

  • Orders cannot be considered confirmed until payment is successfully processed.

4. Pickup & Delivery

  • All orders are for pickup at our Gilbert, AZ location unless a delivery option is explicitly offered.

  • Please arrive within your scheduled pickup window; we cannot guarantee availability outside of this time.

5. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

  • Because our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns.

  • Pre-orders and custom orders are non-refundable due to their custom nature and our quick turnaround times.

  • Refunds for canceled orders will be issued at our discretion and must be requested promptly.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the website, including images, text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Decadent Macaron.

  • You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without written permission.
